The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill hosts two independent merit scholarship programs: the Morehead-Cain and the Robertson (www.robertsonscholars.org). A student may not be considered for both scholarships at UNC-Chapel Hill at the same time, so a student who is eligible for both must choose between the two, and must indicate her or his choice at the outset. An application or nomination for one of the scholarships at UNC-Chapel Hill may not be made while an application or nomination for the other is pending.

If you have any questions about the nomination process, please call the Morehead-Cain Foundation at 919-962-1201 or 800-741-9023, or e-mail moreheadcain@unc.edu.
